After recently adopting Agile principles and methodology to improve products and processes, nVent launched an instructor-led training for employees. But they knew that to get the traction they wanted, and the culture shift they hoped for, they would also need a scalable solution.
Where we began
Meeting with nVent stakeholders, we asked them to share their vision for using Agile throughout the company.
They aimed to:
Give all employees a basic understanding of Agile
Show that Agile concepts are relevant to any job role
Motivate employees to adopt Agile values in their day-to-day work
We all agreed the right direction was a short elearning course that made the Agile principles feel down-to-earth and relevant.
