You’ve likely heard of having a growth mindset (we’ve even discussed it before). But have you heard of having a beginner’s mindset?

Have you ever had a team member start a conversation, only to find yourself wondering what they just said? Or have you asked someone a question, only to wonder how you’re going to respond instead of intentionally listening to them?

Although I grew up in Minnesota and then lived in Colorado for nearly 15 years before moving back home, I never learned to properly downhill ski until I was an adult. And learning then was difficult.
